Before the lot gets scoped
What is the difference between seal coat and striping?
Seal coat is the protective coat over the asphalt, against sun and water. Striping is the paint on top: stalls, fire lanes, directional arrows and the accessible stalls. A fresh seal coat covers the old lines, so a sealed lot is restriped in the same job.
Do you mark accessible (ADA) parking stalls?
Yes. Restriping covers the accessible stalls and their signage. When the lot is part of a wider fix, with path of travel, ramps and entries, we bring the property into compliance and can coordinate a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) inspection. More on ADA and accessibility work.
Can the work be scheduled around our business hours?
We plan the work around your schedule, the way we do for the schools, churches and temples we already look after. Tell us your hours when you send photos of the lot, and the schedule starts from them.
The lot is cracked and sinking. Is that a seal-and-stripe job?
Settling, cracking tied to a failing sub-grade, or water pooling against the building is a structural question first, and that part we assess ourselves. Send photos and we will tell you which side of that line the problem is on.
