KneppKraft Construction, Lic. #547307AB (“we” or “us”) runs kneppkraft.com. This page says what the site collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

What you send us

When you fill out a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, a description of the problem, and any photos you attach. We use it to look at your job, call or email you back, and prepare an assessment or estimate. Photos you send are stored with the request so our estimators can review them. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone outside the company and the people who help us run the site.

What the site collects on its own

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether a form was sent. It uses cookies and reports in aggregate. It does not tell us who you are. You can block it with your browser’s settings or Google’s opt-out tools, and the site works the same without it.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records the usual server logs (address, page requested, time) to keep the site running and to stop abuse. Those logs are kept for a short period and are not used for marketing.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site belong to Google Analytics. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no agreed standard for them; blocking analytics in your browser has the same effect.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we keep the message and our reply so we can follow the job. We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever send anything beyond replies about your project, it will say who it is from and how to stop it.

Your rights

California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to delete it, and will not be treated differently for asking. Anyone, anywhere, can make the same request. Write to the address below and we will answer within 45 days.

Children

This site is for property owners and managers. It is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Keeping it safe

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Photos and requests are stored on infrastructure that only our staff can reach. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything by email that you would not want read by someone else.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
