Epoxy crack injection
A cracked tilt-up panel lets water reach the reinforcing steel. The repair starts with a map of every crack on the building.
We mapped every crack, injected epoxy under pressure to bond the concrete, replaced the sealant, and repaired the vertical expansion joints.
Refinished and repainted, the panel is one piece again and the steel inside stays dry.

Tilt-up panel repair
Cracks that run top to bottom on a two-story panel are worked from boom lifts, the full height of the wall.
Route the crack, set the injection ports, bond the concrete with epoxy under pressure, reseal the joints last.
The panel is bonded back to strength before the exterior is refinished and repainted.

Roof framing
Overload, dry rot, water damage or corrosion can compromise a commercial roof beam quietly, long before it shows from below.
We opened the roof to the framing, shored it safely, reinforced or replaced the affected members, then re-decked and sealed it back watertight.
The roof went back in service, dried in the same day it was opened.
